Bikram Yoga -This
is the Hot Yoga which consists of 26 postures in a heated room.These
postures have been in sequential order for decades to maintain
& sustain health & wellness. This is the 90 minute workout
of your life!
Start at any time, beginners are always welcome. No fixed programs
to join, no reservations needed. Begin now, and take the first
step towards greater health of mind AND body. This is
the class if you have never done yoga, and can even
challenge the most advanced practioner of physical development.
Dancers, marathon runners, triatheletes, office workers, and
those of no physical experience, or those on the road to recovery,
can all enjoy this class together. Each students finds their
needs to work at their individual level. One can rehab a injury
and stimulate great healing benefit from this class. Each teacher
will give continous detailed instruction and help every student

Ashtanga Yoga-Ashtanga means the 8 limbed path
of yoga. This incorporates not only movement of the body, but
movement of the breath & control of the mind. This is vigorous,
continously moving flow class. This is our most authentic style
of hatha Yoga, the union of body mind & spirit.
We practice the Primary series
of the Ashtanga method as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
Jois or Guruji as he is known, has been teaching this sequence
for 60 years.

Mary the teacher of the Ashtanga method has direct experience
of study with this Guru from Mysore, India. This is an athletic
class, designed to heal the body, mind & spirit. There is
a set series that takes a bit of time to learn, so there is
a level of commitment required to really gain the benifits of
this class.
There will be weight on the hands, so this class requires some
strength
& helps to allow one to discover how to create more inner
as well as outer strength. The body opens up quickly and the
mind becomes more empowered through a continous daily practice.
But, something is better than nothing!

Ashtanga Practice Class-for
students who know the Primary series of Ashtanga yoga. A class
to take time to explore the asanas & breathing
without interruption.This class is without
verbal instruction. Students flow at their own pace and can
practice anytime in its 90 minute time frame.
At least 5 led classes are required before
entry to this class.
Ashtanga Calistenics- this
is an exciting new class that combines the amazing training
tools from kick-boxing, martial arts which are magically
combined with yoga to create total body toning. This class
is designed to kick your ass into the best shape of your
life! The system combines push ups and other strength training
tools to get your body into shape without the use of machines.
This is not just another way to work out, but a smarter way
to work out. Strength training combined with yoga to create
a balance of strength and flexibility to create total body
wellness.
This class is open to all levels
of experience.
