Yoga Oasis has two studios. The Main location is at 100 Woodbury Road about 1 mile from the Jericho Turnpike (where Woodbury Commons is). It is 1/2 mile from the Cold Springs stop on the Long Island Rail Road and 2 1/2 miles north from the Long Island Expressway. Our spacious new studio is at 1842 East Jericho Tpke, formally known as Yoga College of India. Both studios are beautiful, spaceous, and impeccibly clean. Both have showers, changing rooms, and everything you need to assist your yoga practice as well as promoting a feeling of being at a sanctuary.
The studio is a beautiful and serene space for your yoga journey. The spacious studio features full length mirrors to allow participants to fully see themselves and adjust their alignment as needed. The studio has purified air, natural light, and the environment is open & fresh.
Most of our classes are heated with humidified moist heat to promote sweating which purifies the body while allowing access to greater, safer, deeper flexibility. We have purified, ozonated air to allow fresh clean breathing.
There are 5 changing booths and a shower easily accessible in the backroom. There is a also a space where participants can sit down with each other and relax with a glass of water or a cup of tea and chat together after their life changing yoga practice.

We offer towels and mats for rent, as well as sell water at our yoga boutique. We also carry a full line of yoga mats, mat carry bags, yoga rugs, yoga clothing & yoga music.
