All of our classes are designed for all levels and all body types. All of our teachers have completed at least 200 hours in an extensive yoga teacher training program. 

We strongly believe that HEAT can create great health. Through sweating your body can open up and the postures can be done much deeper and safer.

Yoga Oasis & its sister school, Maui Hot Yoga, are both Nationally approved & Registered Yoga Alliance schools with certified & registered yoga teachers with at least 200 hours of standardized yoga training from various yoga schools all over the world.

Take a tour of our beautiful Studio.

Just South of the Cold Spring Harbor train station situated back under the train tressel is Yoga Oasis. We have a front lobby with a retail boutique and we sell yoga clothing, accessories, yoga mats, yoga towels, water and other drinks. 

The main studio room has an entire wall of mirrors, has big windows allowing light in and the room is capable of holding up to 30 students.

The studio is heated with FIR InFARED
