Mary Grace was trained directly by Bikram in 2000 while she attended his spring teacher training in Beverly Hills,
Since then she trained in Mysore, India with Sri Pattabhi Jobs in Ashtanga Yoga. With Guruji, she was trained in the primary and the intermediate series of Ashtanga Yoga. She also trained with Baron Baptiste for two years and did his Journey into Power teacher training. She trained directly with Yogi Bhajan and received a holy name from him.
The list goes on as she's trained with many many teachers, among them Sri Dharma Mittra who she's trained with for over 20 years.
Yoga Oasis is a smaller studio with about 20 people in a class.Most of the students have been with Yoga Oasis for over 20 years.
The studios heat has a fresh air system and is pumped with purified and oxygenated air.
The studio also has a very comformable padded floor.
We have changing rooms, showers, and a retail boutique.
we offer mats for sale as well as for rent.
We have water for sale and a water filter for refills.
