Updated: Jan 12, 2019

Green Lemonade A great start to your day!  Proper skin care starts in the kitchen.  This green juice nourishes your cells from the inside out, tastes great and gives you a natural buzz unlike coffee.  It is also a potent blood cleanser.  I love to drink this before my kundalini or bikram yoga practice.  All ingredients should be organic.  This beverage will make you glow!  Green Lemonade (Serves 2) 1 bunch of celery, cut into 2 pieces each 3 granny smith apples, cut into 6 pieces each 1 lemon, preferably Meyer cut into 4 pieces 1 thumb sized piece of ginger 2 cups of baby spinach, packed 1 8" piece of burdock root, scrubbed Pass the above ingredients through a juicer and drink as soon as possible.  I use the Tribest Green Star Elite juicer.  Pour into a mason jar and drink with a paper straw.  ********************************************************* Bita Hunt is a Philosophical Nutritionist and Chef from Long Island, New York.
